hey thisbuds4u, how are ya bro?

that is a ton of meds, what are all those pills?

i'm 41 years old and take no meds as of yet, i can imagine that it must be a hassle
(although a neccesary one) to always have to remember to pop them all down.

i have severe add/adhd and have tried several types of medication , but they didnt work to my satisfaction, so now i take none. for my condition i have found that a cup of coffee or a mt. dew in the morning and about noon keeps my focus and mental state in a functional way. in the evening i have to smoke to calm myself and cant have caffiene after about 5 or 6 pm..........or i'll be up all night.

anyway, i hope that all is well and those meds youre taking are for nothing serious
my heart goes out to ya .............later bro

wow... I thought my grandmother took alot of pills...

At 41 the only med I take is BOG Lifesaver.

I too smoke to help with ADD/ADHD. It also relieves my chronic back pain and depression. Everytime I've tried doctor perscribed pharmacuticals I've gotten nasty side effects.

Sending some Good Health JUJU your way! --- --- --- -- ----

Cheers!

It was that simple. Being treated for depression, high blood pressure, high chorlistrol and trigliserides, Migraines, and scizafrania. Also have seazure disorder but doc has to read my EEG to figure out what kind. I feel like i'm dying at age 42.

I'm 46, I used to take several meds for my arthritis, lower back pain (fractured my back when I was 19) & high blood pressure - Through diet, exercise & 'da herb - I now only take a multivitamin...

I hate exercise. Sprained complete back and leg muscles back in '95. Six months of therpy later I went back to work but the lower back pain from the arthitis is always there and getting worse. I've tried exercise. Use to weigh 180 lbs at 6'3". I'm not gonna say what I weigh now. But, I do 60 push ups and 60 sit ups at night before bed.

Thisbud - I didn't say I enjoyed the exercise! LOL I always swore that once I retired from the USMC, I was done with exercising. I was gonna buy some bib overalls, size 64, and GROW into them...

My exercise consists of pushups, situps and I walk a minimum of 3 miles daily. I couldn't believe what a difference it made...

I do feel for ya bro - Gotta suck taking all those meds. Fer Christsakes, It would confuse the hell outta me!

Yours in Senility, Aches & Pains.....
