Hey could you do some shots of the 600 watt HID at a further distance like you did with the LEDS at 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 inches.

Would like to see how they compare at a distance, but there is only one shot of an HID in comparison.

While we're on the topic... maybe get some 400w and 1k readings too?

I'll be back in Washington within a few days and will see what I can do. I'll need to borrow the light meter from the University again, so it may be a week or so until it's available. I'll also have to ask the hydro store owner if it's ok for us to setup various lights for readings, as I only own a 250W/400W Digital ballast that I bought for the University for testing. I'll try and get readings for the 250W and 400W bulbs as well. Ultimately we want to have every light tested and put on a spectroradiometer as well, as this data is very valuable.
