With the labor union backing him he will have a lot more big money and political support to get the ballot initiative passed. I am all for workers rights but the way these big guys want to control production of Marijuana is ridiculous. The city of Oakland has already decided on the first three growing licenses that will be handed out for massive scale legal production once this passes. Guess who gets them? Richard Lee of Oaksterdam, Harborside, and Dharr Mann, the guy who owns IGROW. Their plan is coming together perfectly.

Yeah - really good thinking. Instead of fighting the good fight, this fu@king idiot makes a deal with the devil as a shortcut and for the money.

And for his next act, he will petition the government to prevent anyone else from popping up and competing with him. And all of this under the noses of people here who don't care how it is legalized, they just want it legalized. What is happening here is going to effectively keep everyone else herein from entering this business and competing. And you all thought these lying clowns were all about the medical uses of MJ. If this doesn't prove these clowns are only in it for the money then you all are blind to the facts.

He will get what is coming. There will be suits filed as soon as legalization happens. Foreign trade partners of the US will sue under trade agreements so that they can sell MJ to the US. Lee et al will then be competing with foreign growers. The market will become harder for any money to be made, and his "indentured servants" i.e. interns will become more regular. The MJ growing will be done by minimum wage non-citizens that will move from farm work to MJ work. The average American grower will get screwed by these legalization bills.
