ok serius answer: there are no smartshops in greece (selling the stuff smartshops in amsterdam sell)
if you want to buy bong or such you can find easily in athens (or make your own)

i dont know where olympic beach is but probably you can find weed there too. ask the right people. normal prices is 4-5 euro/gram for what americans call swag (albanian weed here) which lately is kind of good. hash is 10-15 euros/gram. skunk is 15 eu/g

as a tourist maybe you pay more it depends on how good you are at making deals.

if you go to athens downtown you can find it easily one place for it is the forest under acropolis. ask the blacks or the pakistani looking guys you see there. go at daytime not night
