I asked about the existing relationship between TC2010 and AB2254 The Regulate, Control and Tax Cannabis Act of 2010 https://www.taxcannabis.org/index.php/pages/initiative/ Marijuana Control, Regulation, and Education Act. AB 2254 https://bit.ly/besEZw I also tweeted CA Tax Cannabis 2010 - Open For Questions May 19, at 5:30pm the Tax Cannabis team will have a live Open For Questions https://bit.ly/bd6NFe |

As far as I know there is no existing relationship, however it would be good to know whether or not AB2254 (particularly the regulations/taxes contained in it) will still be relevant once TC2010 passes. Good thinking, and good on you for the tweet.
