I wish I could just wave a magic wand and tell you what the problem is and fix it. There are so many variables...everyone's garden is not the same, the enviros hardly the same as well...so I'd suggest (if you have not done so already) to fill out the form in the Infirmary forum so that ALL factors can be taken into account in trying to find a solution to your problem. Could be anything from ph (too high or too low), to nute lockout (for a myriad of reasons), to temps, humidity, medium, etc etc etc.
I'll leave this thread open here, for others to attempt to provide assistance, but the best advice I can give you is to fill out the sick plant form in the infirmary so that as many facts can be assimilated as possible in coming to a probable conclusion to assist you. I see several things wrong, but without knowing more about what you are doing I could wind up giving you wrong advice and I'd not wish to do that. She appears to still be healthy enough to bounce back, so post haste....fill the form out....and come back here with a link to it and I, and I'm sure others, will do all possible to get things sorted for you. ![]() DG |

looks like a touch of heat stress to me buddy,,,
could be soil ph,, but i reckon its more likely to be temp related.. |

You know what... :| I have no doubt in my mind that I can help you fix this... well I could if I knew anything about what your setup is or how you grow or what kind of soil you're using or what your feeding schedules are. But I don't because you haven't told me. Who's fault is that?

^^^^ This is why I've asked that the sick plant form be filled out, so we can all be best informed about all conditions. sparkie just needs to fill it out...and can put the link to it here in this thread. Then sparkie will get double help, from here as well as in the infirmary forum.
Thanks! |

Yes the claw-leaf rmeans....Heat Stress...and lack of Air exchange in the grow enviroment.......
need to drop temps........need to maintain those lower temps..... and maybe even upgrade the air intake for better air exchange.....out with the old and in w/ the new.......filtered.......and clean.... maybe a window unit A/c.......for summer.......maybe upgrade time for t5he fan and ventilation system....... or air cool the lights and exhaust...outside the enviroment.... looks like old fashion heat stress.......

To me.....it looks like it could be a few things, some which contributes to another.
1. Not enough fresh air coming in; 2. A bit of dehydration perhaps from too much blowing of a fan directly onto the plant; 3. Fert and/or ph imbalance which can cause lock outs of certain elements while creating an overage amount of others. My suggestion: Increase incoming fresh air; ditto what bigghead states...as this is best way to check ph and ppm/ec to know what's going on; Make sure when fan is on it provides a gentle breeze only...the plant(s) should only be slightly moving, not dancing the rumba (if that's the case); Try to keep max temp around 74-76f (23-24c) unless using C02 then temps can go much higher....and try to not have a vast difference between daily low/high temps as this is also a stress factor leading to shock. Although heat stress usually tends to cause the leaf to bend inwards into itself, this can't be ruled out due to you stating 85f highs coupled with lack of incoming fresh air. An easy check for overwatering....remove a larger limp leaf, bend the stem till it breaks, if it snaps (even though limp) and much liquid comes from each of the broken ends, you can most assuredly conclude overwatering. Also, since your low temps are in the mid 60's f....is this particular bucket sitting directly on the floor? If so, then the medium and roots are getting too cold versus the high temp fluctuation, causing shock to the root system. These are simply a few things which jump out at me from reading your form you filled out, which, btw thank you for doing that....it helps everyone in trying to help by having enough info to draw conclusions. Any better today?? Still the same? Have you tried any suggestions by others since posting this thread?

since posting i took the plant and moved it from the side of the light to right under it alittle behind and lifted the light 2 foot above the plant and put it in front of fan on low osolating to get better air so now i seen the leaves unfolding mostly top kinda streaching and unfolding so temp is down its streachimg alittle toward the light now some leaves wont recover but so far so good //when i designed this room the plants werent going to stay so long in this part she/he is more then ready for 12/12 i wont to take this plant and 400watt hps light and put it into flower room (better air there also)and put my flou light 400watts to take care of the smaller plants in this veg/clone room as far as flushing i didnt think that llama poo tea needed flushing i dont use chem nutes till 12/12 then i use AN connouissour and over drive at the end //in the end i think it was to much light not enough air for the room i will flush tonight when they wake up sleepy time right now thanks again
