Help with room configuration please!

Please help me decide if this location will work for a bigger set up than I have now:

I am a medical patient growing my own medicine.

It is a storage room I have access to but not near my apartment. I have the only key besides the maintenance crew(who are a non factor for personal reasons I wont go into here), which is also locked with a pro combination padlock that only I know the combo too. It has no ventilation, but is not airtight, it has a very small crack between the bottom of the door and the base of the frame. Odor control will be handled by an ozone generator on a timer.

It is an L shaped room so I will break the dimensions into the 2 sections:

small square in back:

W: 4'6"
H: 9'

so for 4.5 x 4.5 x 9= 182 cu. feet

long rectangle up front:

L:12'
W:5'
H: 9'

so for 5 x 12 x 9= 540 cu. feet

so ~722 cu feet.

I enter the room 3-6 times a day to smoke. I have a 400w hps running now with a 6w air pump and 2 fans, in the small square in the back. I have a DWC set up with 4 plants. I am concerned that res temps will be unmanageable this summer and I am going to run a flood and drain table on future crops.

So it looks like this is working fine for now. I am in the Bay Area. and the temps are going to be ok I think for the next 8 weeks. I just changed them to 12/12.

My question is this:

I have a 1k w hps and a 400w mh.
What are the communities thoughts on either running 2 400w with a 2' x 4' table or the 1k w with a 4 x 4 table? Is this going to be a waste of time/money?

My concerns:

1. Big enough breaker. It is probably a 20A breaker as this room is meant for maintenance crew storage an use. Could be smaller breaker(building was built in '04. Any way to determine without getting maint. crew involved? in other words, I hesitate to plug in the different configurations as I may trip breaker. This wouldn't be a terrible thing, just kind of wish to avoid it if possible.

2. Temps. I have a portable a/c, but without an exhaust in the room, I wont achieve cooling. I think I will just have to run a smaller set up than the 1k w during the summer, and maybe just the 1 400w light I have now during the summer. So in essence, the winter temps will not probably not be an issue.

3. Air exchange. I enter the room to smoke as I dont medicate in my apartment. I go in 4-6 times daily and this is about the only time there is a change for a major air exchange, but it is not an airtight room. Will the temperature differential cause enough air exchange if I didn't enter the room(remember it is not sealed, there is a small, but visible gap at the bottom). I do enter the room, but is there enough exchange for 16 plants on a flood table under a 1k? would there be enough CO2 for leaves and O2 for roots in this size of a room if it were sealed? Should I use CO2? would a small fan pushing air at the bottom of door where small gap is help? What about a fan close to door gap pulling air from gap?

Any comments or advice would be appreciated.

you could use a CO2 injection system as long as your going in there at least 4 times a day to evac. the old air with a fan and inject more o2, try getting alot of ducting and attach it to your lights with a strong centrifugal fan continuesly pulling the hot air out, i'm assuming that you plan on using sealed reflectora because no nent you'd have to what you could do is have the ducting come off the lights to the door and half way in between have your cent. fan prolly a 8" 512 cfm at 50%-75% power attached to a cardboard box like 10"x10"x10" and then have as many 4" ducting as you can connect to the box going to the crack under the door then stomp the end of the ducts flat so they are almost the same size as the crack then put them right up to said crack because you absolutely need to evac. that hot air,i'd use 4 600's in there.
