Total noob get's his first clones! - New Growers - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

I got my flower room all built and a ghetto half ass veg area that's going to have to work for now.

I picked up 6 clones today, 3 chemdog, and 3 super silver haze in 2" dirt cups. They are all rooted, decently healthy looking and 5-7" tall. I will be growing in FFOF cut about 25% with perlite or so. I was going to veg them for a little bit in 1/2 gallon pots and not use any nutes for the first 2 weeks or so until I see them progress. Should I just stick them right in the FFOF? Should I moisten the FFOF first and check the PH of the runoff? My soil tester says the soil is at right about 6, and my meter says my water is about 6.9. Is it fair to say I would end up with a ph around 6.5-ish? And would this be ok for early growth to start with?
