hello all, i just had a question for anyone who is knowledgeable.

if i pruned a plant that was only 3 nodes tall, after pruning it is only 2 nodes tall with 4 shoots. should i let the shoots grow for a while before i switch to 12/12, or does it not really matter?

i was just unsure, as some people say it is ok to switch to 12/12 after a couple of weeks of veg, but i didn't know whether they could be pruned in those couple of weeks?

It will stall growing for a bit after you prune it, especially if you cut the top. The amount of growth in early flower has a large effect on your final yield, so you don't want to be in stalled growth when beginning to flower. So, you would be ok to flower once growth resumes imo.
