5 Year Felony Probation, Still Get A Medical Cannabis Script?
FOAF is on 5 year felony probation for a drug charge. If he has a sickness, can he be pescribed medical cannabis? Living in California.

Yes you can have a script. Its doesn't mean that they won't mess with you about the weed but it will certainly help. Good luck.

Go to a marijuana doctor and bring your medical records and the money to get your script. Once you have the script you can go from there. Some might go out and get a state medical marijuana card as well but that's up to you. Not sure what you need to do for the cops as they seem to take it or ignore it at their whim.
