I've of course heard of LUI and seen it plenty of times, but i can't recall what it might taste like?

can you give a brief description of the LUI??

Here's a teaser. I have grown LUI for about 3 years now. I find the flavor is at its best when grown in soil, however it kicks ass on the hydro tables as well. Grows great indoors and really produces outside. It has a sweet earthy delicious flavor. The sweetness of the bud is obivious when smelling the buds. A cure of at least 6 weeks in the jar improves it to a higher level of smokability.A longer cure really enhances the flavor.Just wait until you pop open that jar and take the first whiff of the cured goodness. Really smooth and good expansion. She is not the stoniest girl out there but she does give you a functional relaxing body buzz, some to the head as well, that I really enjoy and she greatly helps with my pain levels. The hash made from her, and she does have good resin production, will mellow you right out. Taste is sweetly wonderful. Make oil from her and,well my buddy says it's like being put in the closet but the door is open just in case the need for adventure arises. The oil is really a fun experience. REALLY FUN. You'll be stoned but ready to party.Has the potential to make you stupid.lol BTW, Red recommended LUI to me when I first started my med garden. I know he won't remember and I wouldn't expect him to but I'm really glad he did. So far this has been the best med strain for muscle,nerve pain that I've grown. I need to get a fresh supply of the seeds again when I get the cash up. I would recommend the LUI. Nice high, great flavor, and nice yields depending on your grow style.Nice tight bud structure. Check out the pics. Hope you guys don't think I'm highjacking the thread, I just do like the LUI.
This years grow and the final harvest.Final trimmed weight was 1lb,7oz,15.55 grams plus 2 bags of trim for oil or bubble bags.Last 2 pics are from a couple of years ago grown in rockwool. enjoy.

Thanks for the great pics. What Latitude were your outdoor grows at and when did they finish?

I just picked up some LUI and am looking forward to growing these out in 2006.

HashAssasin I'm in the American southwest desert. They finished up around the 2nd week of october. I usually let them go until the end of the 9th week in bloom depending on the gland color~50/50.
