I know that the dispensary memberships do not exempt you from Federal drug laws, but in most cases you will win in court if arrested (usually cops wont bother if you show your card). I know you can't grow your own, but many people would rather not be bothered anyways. Not to mention the quality and types of products available from the compassion club vs. HC.

The dispensary only required a statement of diagnosis (your doctor doesn't even need to know what it's for). Or in some cases, all you need is a sworn affidavit stamped by a commissioner for oaths. You can order by mail or visit your local shop. You also don't get put onto a list that may get you denied from entry into the states or other countries. Not to mention the other dangers of being on this type of list.

Thoughts?
