How does one go about acquiring a seedbay invite to bid on these "invite only" auctions?

i think you have to subscribe to the magazine, or maybe become a paid member on the site, on or the other, if im not mistaken.

You get to bid on the invite only auctions, yes.

It's not first dibbs, it's just that some of the auctions are not available to everyone, only Subscribers and ICmag Donors. Click on the Mr Nice auctions in the fundraiser category, you'll see
