If you guys like bacon I'd check out Nueskies apple wood smoked bacon from right here in Wisco. People order their bacon all over the world- they ship worldwide. I know apple wood, I have over 120 pounds of apple wood logs and chunks in my garage for my BBQ smoker. Nueskies bacon is unlike any other apple wood smoked bacon out there. Did I mention its literally world famous? Just a warning though, Nueskies bacon will ruin all other bacon for you. I live 10 minutes from the Oscar Mayer factory but absolutely cannot eat their bacon or anyone else's for that mater. A friend drives over 6 hours round trip to buy 20 pounds of Nueskies bacon several times a year. Its almost as good as good weed!
