First Grow- Questions? - New Growers - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

This is my first grow, running (2) , eventually (4) 600 watt reflectors. I added (2) flouresents for some extra exposure, what should I run if I want these on both sides of plants 8T or 24T bulbs? How do these look, ready to clone soon, should I trim these ,top em? Any advice? I think they are coming along!Temp runs about 72-78 and humidity around 45-50%, also running 18 on 6 off.Any help would be appreciated. Growing legal in Colorado!

Well, the only real thing i saw was the tin foil in the picture, it creates real bad "hot spots". burning them could happen, but if the plant temp is about the same as ambient (use a lazer thermometer) they should be good. but it is fluorescent lighting so heat isn't a huge issue, just watch em close. haha. they look solid though, if they aren't burnt now, i doubt they will be.\

How old are they? What strain? What media are you growing in? Are you supplementing nutrients? Did you amend your media with anything? How big is your grow space?

They look sativa dominant, maybe a little over watered... maybe you just watered them... I dunno. Other than that, if they are say 2-4 weeks old then I think they are doing just fine, any older than that then I'd have to say there has been some kind of stress if you're running 1200w.
