It depends on a variety of situations.
In this particular one since they are starting to stack flowers,I'm only using 1/8 teaspoon raw Neem oil,1/8 teaspoon Dynagro silicone, and 1/4 teaspoon Neptune's Harvest seaweed extract. Those are small amounts per quart of water.
This will be the last neem/silicone application. From here on out it's nothing.
Silicone, one of the building blocks of plant material, acts as an emulsifier for the neem oil,and the plant takes the silicone into the tissue and builds stronger cells. Which means more resistance to PM,pests, watering stresses, and just better cell strength to hold up bigger buds. The neem is a pest and PM management tool.
The kelp....well I could go all day about that.
