Unhappy 4 Bogglegum's - a bit yellow and a runt

Hi everybody. First time grower I need some help with identifying a problem with 4 Bogglegum plants. 14 days old under 266 CFL - 24/0

No nutrients was added - just water

This runt was getting the driest because of the fan

Any suggestions?

Most look pretty good and i wouldnt be too worries about that one with yellow growing tips but it could be a little deficient. A good starter solution from shultz or miracle grow can be mixed half strength and fed to smaller plants starting at about your stage. It is possible that your mix is a bit waterlogged? It will also soon be time for a transplant when roots appear out the holes. BOG

You are doing ok... pretty good really for 2 weeks old and they often outgrow early problems.

I have some FoxFarm GrowBig; will that be ok at half strength? Otherwise, I'll get/do anything to get closer results like yours.
I forgot to mention that I'm using FoxFarm OceanForest and about 1/4 of the pot of perlite. I'll add/mix a bit more when I transplant.
Thanks for the advice BOG!

as bog said most of them do look fine.. i have grown out bogglegum with absolutly no problems it preactily grows itself and requires hardly any nutrients if you have a good soil!

its a very fun strain to grow i have alot og cuttings growing right now and have a mom which i take them from

Woohoo
as for the one that is yellowing on the top, thats a suulphur deficiency
you must have some very low nutrient soil mixture......

your going to have to give it some micronutrients that have sulphur....
if you check my guide sticked at the top of this foum you will see at the bottom of sulphur which things fix the problem
one of those dont even look like a MJ plant the leaves are so fat......

you should feed them now since they are old enough
but do so at caution
first feeding should be done 1/4 strength
if you can get some ferts with sulphur and mcronutes you will be good

sulphur is a rare deficiency......

after your feeding 1/2 teaspoon per gallon should be used weekly
thats for chemical ferts

organic ferts you can use 1 tsp per gallon

-2 week update-
Thanks Bog & MynameStitch. MynameStitch - your link was very informative!

4 days after my post, I transplanted w/ minimal strength SuperThrive. I FIM or topped a few days ago.
Check out the size difference in pot sizes.

The yellow is still showing though, I don't want to over nute it. I did mix well w/ 1/2 of the pot w/ a good perlite mix and FoxFarm oceanforest. I guess I shouldn't worry about it

It looks like I should transplant again but is that normal to do it again after only 10 days? Should I let them recover from my topping?
Thanks for the help!

Cheeba,
They look great. Don't worry about that yellowing, as you can see the new growth is just fine your plant is growing rapidly and the new growth looks yellow/light green but turns darker green as it grows, all is well just keep what your doin'.
Peace, DS

What water do you use?
Your plants will be fine but this is definetly a sulphur defiency.
You could use a little Cal-Mag or equivalent to make it disapear.
I have a sulphur defiency as well if I don't use it since I'm using R/O water.

Dont transplant again so soon as it isnt rooted yet and you do have a deficiency. Try half strength feeding with the fert you have now. BOG

Thanks DS for that encouragement. Just need to verify what I got going wrong.
Purpleseed - I'm using tap water but I will look into that (ty for providing that pic- google shows those vitamins! lol)

Bog
I transplanted 2 of them already last night but will hold off on the other 2 for a few more days.

And here's what they look like in comparison to the old pots. I'm considering using those 5 gallon plastic growbags the next time though

Thanks for the help everybody!
