They're vigorous as hell!

These Biddy Early fems that is. They blew right past my blue hashplant which is a root hog, and my sensi star which has fairly good growth. Theyve got big stout trunks and with a nip of the tip, theyre quite branchy now. I went out to the patch and planted 1/2 of them this morning and hope to get the rest out in the next few days. Its supposed to rain this friday.

I started them about 30 days ago. If they continue this vigor growth, by Oct.1, theyre gonna be good sized plants.

Has anybody grown these full season? Im at 36

I've grown them at 44*N and most were done by the 3rd or 4th week of SEPT. One of my favorites for outside growing.

A little update.

Every single one of my seeds germed and is growing, but they took 3 days to pop, which is a very long time in my germination box. The majority of strains pop within 24 hours and 99% pop within 48 hrs and thats even f2 sativa hybrid seeds. I had a homeade kalimistXdurban poison once that took nearly 3 days but so far, these biddy early's have taken the longest of any seeds ive popped.

Theyre fresh and viable, just hardshelled or something.

The growth is still vigorous and the plants are beautiful. I planted them out April 12 and theyre over knee high now and starting to grow like hell. Ive just made a bunch of clones from the best in the lot.. clones pretty easy.....

I havent seen any sign of an autoflower. I started the seeds in mid march so theyre 7 weeks and they havent given any indication at all that they might flower early. they look like typical full season plants to me.

Just a little update on the BE fems. Theyre still vigorous and growing well. I have 14 plants and 3 pheno's are apparent at this point.

2 of the 14 have the thinnest leaves ive seen in a while. Super thin and very sativa like. 2 others have fatter leaves than the rest and 10 of the plants are similar in that they have a indica/hybrid medium width leafe.

Ill take some pics pretty soon. All seem to be nice plants.

Hi DS,

Thanks for the update.
Good to hear they are still going strong, and since you have a decent amount of them it will also give a good impression about their stability/uniformity.
Looking forward to see the pictures.

Gerrit, hats off to you for the memorabilia innovation. You should develop that out further. Everybody that's seen my BiddyEarly key chains trys to beg me out of them and wants to know where they can buy one!!! To hell with the weed, you need to be selling coffee cups, tshirts....

Im hoping to be stoned and happy HYF.

Let me give you an example of the vigor of these plants.
I had one seedling in which ants had built a nest inside the roots -eggs, a queen and all inside the 20 oz cup! I grow next to a creek and so i thought" ill just wash them out". I put the root ball in the water. There were so many ants and eggs, that by the time they were all gone, there wasnt a spec of dirt left on the roots. 6 inch roots hanging, completely bare . I went ahead a planted the plant and watered well, but the next week i returned with a replacement plant because i thought i knew the first one could not have survived a bare root planting.

It not only survived, its recovered and growing!!!

Yeah the Key Chains are great..... I have 5 Double Dutch outside, and they are almost 6 feet tall and bushy too....and still have almost 2 months to go before bloom begins.....EASY pound off each of these plants.....Im thinking more like 1.5-3+ pounds each....They are massive and growing very fast. I really couldn't believe it when i went to water because of a mild drought around here...they were thriving....
