dispensing to the clubs in Norcal...any experience here?
Sorry if this is off-grounds here. Thought this would be the best sub-forum to share.
I went to a few clubs in nor cal. Having done this a few times in SoCal (although admittedly more recently I have let other people do this part of the game), I felt confident going in and working out a reasonable middle-ground. I went in with organic sativas- purple sativa's (hehe, make fun of me all you want but we all know what's marketable). Truly pristine buds; the best I've ever had in my years, and I mean that sincerely and with no reason to lie about this batches quality to online folks. Long story short, they wouldn't budge over 2800 a pound, or 750 a QP. This was consistent at the clubs I visited in norcal. I sampled a few of their strains, and realized they were marketing a variety of "organic kush" samples that was clearly mediocre outdoor. And I'm sure you're aware of the prices. Anybody else have similar experiences with vendors? Am I being ridiculous in laughing at that number? |

get used to the new reality.
if you think that was a low number you should try sacramento. i never heard such lowballing until i went out there. and they wanted it on consignment. maybe the flood is ending soon up here, but I wouldn't count on it until you start seeing the numbers change. maybe the flood will never end this year and the buyers market will go on indefinitely. either way I'm hitting the streets first from here on out. also, this thread belongs in the California sub-forum where there is already another one just like it buried back a few pages.

welcome to reality....the clubs are realizing that people will pay 50 an 8th for outdoor because they got no idea how to tell difference....
why pay 36 for indoor when you can just get outdoors for 26? selling to the clubs in norcal is a waste of fucking time IMO...unless you are friends with the club owner or some shit. shit ive bought pounds from this one club because my boy gets it so cheap (he lowballs vendors) that sometimes he just middles the pounds to his friends instead of breaking them down locally.... |

also..people out here dont care for sativas..i remember having some really good J1 jack that was 37 a P....alot of kids i sold it to complained it didnt get them high enough...
people out here want KUSH...or PURP. I wouldnt waste any other sq footage in your grow room on anything else unless its personal stash. i do know a club paying highball for OG kush or blackberry kush right now... |
