hi gang, been kind of dead around here lately so i figured i would start a journal of the chemd sfv beans i dropped last night. this will not be too detailed, especially in the early stages, but i will do my best to post pics and info for anyone interested. first update will come when seedlings are above ground. 5/10 were dropped, hoping for a good strike rate.

I am going to be starting my OGK Abusive x SFV and will be starting 4 beans(so that I can use all of them in my breeding project this summer..I plan to use any OGK males as my pollen and will be making f'2s and a few crosses: Blockhead x OGK and Chemdog x OGK (Rez's Chem D)

thanks chef, this one should be interesting, i haven't seen many of these grown out. if i find a keeper female this round, she will be getting dusted with the same pink kush male i am using to pollinate my bs 2.2 mom and pink kush mom. keep me posted with your project or post a link so i can follow along.

I too have started some Krypto Chem D x Bubba.....

I am about 3-4 days of flower.... I'll be starting a thread soon as well....

This should be good! Its a great cross. I popped 3 seeds, got one male, one female and one hermie!@ no biggie got it outa there and grew the girl. Second run was so much better than the first in every way. I had to make some hard choices and she was tossed but Ill be popping my remaining 7 seeds as soon as I get the space... hope its Ok to show a couple shots of mine... here she was:



and a comparison just after chop... left to right erkle/chemd/chemdxsfv/purple brolick:

im tuned in to bro those chems look a lot alike and so do those purps they are all amazing tho good job you lucky people with all your clones im jealous im stuck with beans or a phone call excuse me have to go take my antihatersurpressent lol just kidding good vibes peeps

got 4/5 to pop so far and go into medium. 3 of those are very vigorous with tap roots 3-4 times as long as the 4th one. nothing special, i actually tried to kill them, not really kill them but i slacked off big time when germing these with these. germed between wet toilet paper LOL, thats right, ran out of paper towels. straight tap water that i left them in way too long, think like 36 hrs or so. placed between 2 styrofoam plates, no heat mat, no dome, not even on top of the fridge, just sitting atop a dresser. i hope it doesn't come back to bite me in the ass. still hoping the 5th pops but if it doesn't, oh well.

good to hear K D. how are you liking the Chem D x Bubba so far? anything special jump out at you? forgive my ignorance on this one, but those are female correct?

it's all good S B, as long as they're related to the thread topic, i don't mind at all. nice shots by the way. would you say the phenos you ran across were more chem or kush dominant? or did the afghan side show its traits too, the sfv was outcrossed to the afghan in the initial cross and then bx'd right? maybe there was in incross, i cant quite remember the details of the father's side.

no elite clones here bro, no access to them either, so we're not that different, no hate needed. LOL

Hey TBG: Yeah, I think you got that right.. thats how I remember it also, capt used a sfv BX1 that had an initial afghani outcross. I just had the one female and she smelled and tasted like an earthy chem d with a hint of lemon. Slightly muted characteristics compared to the d but looks like a better yielder. She's very chunky so maybe the afghani coming out in the chunky and the earthy side... potency is excellent, less punch than chem d but thats a tall order.
