new hps bulp flashing
The first minute i turn on my Philips master son-t pia plus it is flashing ( like pulssating).. ive heart when bulps start to flash means that they are dead. my Gib lightning bulp doesnt flash at any time
 they dont flash like the lite turn on and of hehe, can just see the lite its pulsing.. hope its normal since its new thx

It's normal for brand new hps lamps to flicker for a while.
It will go away.
