bought a grow tent and its pretty big...10' X 10' X 6.5'. How would you finish this with the cleanest setup...lights, filter,air flow etc... I have a couple lights allready but just wondering how you fellow membors would set up?..thhanks

I would stay compliant with my local med laws and grow 12 plants (six for me and six for my girl).

I'd have at least 3Kw in lights, but probably in 600w varieties. I think 5Kw would be more ideal.

I'd use a 10" fan for exhaust, and a very large 600cfm+ carbon filter.

As far as a system goes I'd be inclined to try out a circulation system like a water farm, but I'd also have a couple of top feed coco plants. Maybe 8 plants in the water farm with three 600's and another 4 plants in coco with another two 600's or a single 1000w.

Given the amount of space I'd just make sure I had enough room to tend to the plants.

4KW would be enough for 10' X 10' X 6.5' grow tent, 5KW will cause the heat issues.

4kW would be nice for a 10x10 space. I'd have 2 x 6" Vortex fans, one for each row of lights. A big carbon filter would be necessary as well. I'd run everything in a line with ducting like this:

carbon filter --> lights --> fan --> cleaned air out

wow. what a space! should't this be your first grow...
Try to start smaller and grow bigger with time.

I will connect 4 of 600 watts lights with one 6" filter out by using 5" top exhausting hood type reflector like this :

you also need 5" ducting with 6" to 5" reducer and 3 x 5" T connectors and 2 x 5" L connectors to exhaust the heat.
