I over vegged my plants

Hello,

Well the topic says it all, due to some minor problems I over vegged my plnts. Currently they are now in 11 L pots with root system showing. Growing in soil.
How will this effect the flower. They are currently around 80cm (32inches). How far will they stretch in flower? White widow and Ice?

Is it better to start a new batch instead...

How far doomed am I????

Thanks For Your Time

you are not doomed.

have you topped or trimmed them at all?

how much vertical room do you have left??

they may double in height...maybe a little less.

you could top them aggressively, and get multiple colas...or bend them over if you like.

how many watts will you be flowering under?

got some pictures?

The longer the veg the bigger the plant = more buds usually.

Yes, it's important to know if you pruned them or shaped them at all. Growing SOG stretches badly, they will be on the tall end. Usually SOG is harvested at that height, but some do have larger bushes.

What size light have you got? This will determine how far the light can penetrate through the canopy.

You could top them, do some LST or super crop.

Hi,

They are currently vegging in a my closet which is about 90cm and 2 m. My homebox got ruined so I am waiting now for my secret jardin 120X120X200 picture's will come as soon as I can find my camera. THey are grown is SOG. 5 plants have been topped. I only have topped them once.
They are grown under a 400W MH electronic ballast with adjust-a-wing with spreader. For Bloom they will get 600W HPS.

One more thing does longer veg mean better quality of finished product?

Thanks..

Will get pic's!

I started a similar thread here, yet haven't received much response.

I began growing my plants under a 250w MH lamp, utilizing LST. They have been in 12/12 for 1 week now, under a 250w HPS - about 12" from the canopy.

I am concerned that I vegged for too long.

Any replies about extended vegetative growth and it's implications are greatly appreciated.

Thank you

yehhh put them in flow as soon as posible...i have some ww running right know and the strech wasnt soo big!! It nearly double the high!! so i would say put them under 12/12 now!!
even if they are under the 400 in our closed...you can still put them later under the 600w
and also i would crop them !!!

the amount of veg time does not convert into quality of your end product.

getting quality buds is all about keeping your plants happy, and minimizing their stress.

don't over water, don't over fertilize, and keep your pH in the correct range (6.5-6.5) and you should produce a quality stash.

I don't veg at all and grow single cola SOG style.

Clones go straight on 12/12.

Here's 36 in a 3x3 table 3 weeks in under a 600W HPS.

They finish about 2' high.
