Is the San Diego Dispensary Moratorium ending?
Back in September of 2009, San Diego placed a moratorium on new dispensaries opening up in the county of San Diego for a period of 10 months while they figure out how to regulate everything.
July will make 10 months and I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about this? Being that we are in April, have any new regulations passed? Is it going to be the same-old, same-old? Will Dispensaries start popping up again everywhere without regulation? If anyone has heard anything please leave your comments as I’m excited to see what’s going to happen here! I had spoken with countless Attorney’s about opening a Dispensary last year and I was bummed out by the decision to place a moratorium. If it becomes properly regulated, I would apply for a Sellers Permit in a heartbeat. I just hope they don’t place an extension on the moratorium to figure things out again… |
