Hi all the Bulgarian smokers.
I am little interested how the Bulgarian lows is about selling, have seeds end how the lows is fore growing weed?

Would by nice if I can got answer on this questions.

Unfortunately, the laws in Bulgaria are one of the harshest in Europe.Drugs are strictly no-no here and the law makes no difference it it's cannabis or heroin.

Many people are put in jail just for small quantities for personal use (yes, it's a shame, I know).Growing is a risky business especially for foreigners.However very recently the law let farmers grow hemp with less then 0.2%THC.Not a big deal but a step in the right direction!
Seeds are commonly purchased through the Inet though I'm not sure this is completely legal.

Can you explain for my what is the maximum punishment for growing weed in Bulgaria? End whot is normal for a grow on 4 x 600w lamps? I am litle scery, but I whont give away litle free seeds to people in Bulgeria.
Do you fink I can give away some seeds without get problems later?

Well I'm not a lawyer but I think max is 15 years in jail IMO.I've never heard of anybody convicted for that much.Strange thing about Bg is laws are strict but usually nobody ever gets the maximum punishment.In your case 4x600watts sound like a commercial grow, but like I said I'm not qualified in attorney's business it depends on many things.

and then when you feel the law isnt going to touch you the mafia sure will. best advice is do not grow! of course if you're a smoker you'll be supporting the mafia making it stronger but it is not worth the harsh penalty. these kinds of laws that make all drugs the same penalty turn people to harder drugs because they assume that pot is just as bad for you and if you're taking the risk why not do them all. people are stupid. these laws will only hurt the country but they are trying to put up a good front for the eu.

А защо все още няма гроушопс,които продават всичко необходимо за отглеждане.Това не е наказуемо - крушки,торове и др.
