PBP - HP-Aero Feed Schedule
I am trying to come up with a feed schedule for High Pressure Aeroponic system.
Okay first I need a Mother formula for a ebb and flow bucket system... I looked up the the formula for Hydrodynamics Int. Mother Part A and Mother Part B. i ran them through the pre-mix caculator and got, N-P-K-Mg 137-20-114-34 Mother Part A 15 mL/Gal Mother Part B 15 mL/Gal So I ran some numbers with PBP and got N-P-K-Mg 132-31-117-41 PBP Grow 8 mL/Gal PBP Bloom 2 mL/Gal PBP Soil 0 mL/Gal Cal-Mag 7 mL/Gal Liquid Karma 10 mL/Gal Sweet Berry 0 mL/Gal Aqua Shield 15 mL/Gal I wish I knew what kind of N PBP has in it the label just says water soluble?? now on to the veg for HP- Aero From reading podracers thread i can tell i need to watch out for some things, like Nutrient balances necessary to avoid lock out or nutrient burn is: Ca:Mg 3:1 NO3:NH4 9:1 ph is 5.4-5.8 PetFlora journal has some general ppm limits 200-400ppm during veg; 600- 800 bloom. NO MORE! with that in mind, I go to the caculator! Early Veg N-P-K-Mg 108-76-187-59 with a ppm of 575 PBP Grow 0 PBP Bloom 0 PBP Soil 14 mL/Gal Cal-Mag 10 mL/Gal Liquid Karma 10 mL/Gal Sweet Berry 0 Aqua Shield 10 mL/Gal so I want to cut that in half to get a ppm around 200-400ppm. so, N-P-K-Mg 54-38-94-29 PBP Grow 0 PBP Bloom 0 PBP Soil 7 mL/Gal Cal-Mag 5 mL/Gal Liquid Karma 5 mL/Gal Sweet Berry 0 Aqua Shield 5 mL/Gal now ASS-uming all the N in botanicare products unless listed as something elso is a Nitrate NO3. This gives a NO3/NH4 = 20/1 and Ca/Mg = 2/1 now would somethig like this work or does it need to be closer? |

any thoughts or critics,
just throw them out their, I am new at this premix-caculator stuff and i may of miss read something so just put it out their!!! one question, for ebb-flow bucket with hydroton should do adj mother formula for the medium? I have meters and will adj to plant needs of course but want to get the starting mix close to right. |
