I'll have a look and see how much is left....I always retain a bit of stock for myself.

Thanks!

So are all of your seeds gonna be limited releases. Or will any be staying in the lineup? If I would of known that there wernt gonna be anymore around. I would of grabbed those also. So far I've gotten seven of your strains. I'm glad I read were you said not to soak them unless there old. I probably would of had bad germ rates. Thanks!

That depends....anything which I decide is limited release will be noted in the description.

This is a tricky one.....I made that comment in relation to GN09 C99 f2's. Many growers who do use the soaking method do so with the utmost in care....but there are also some to just plunk them in the water and leave them too long....so IN GENERAL and I must base this on the skill of the grower, I do not recommend soaking most seeds which are newly produced....they are extremely fresh and do not require all the additional moisture to germ that soaking beneficially provides when germinating older seed stock. So because I address everyone when I post, and cannot differentiate between those who 'might' have more attention to detail than others, I gave my opinion which must be more generalized in order to cover both ends of the spectrum in grower expertise.

Personally I do not soak any seeds....from any breeder....unless they are extremely old stock (8+ years)....or.....seeds which upon visual inspection appear to have very thick shells. You simply must have a sense of judging this when touching them....not everyone has that keen sense which is acquired over many many years of experience in this area.

IOW....not all seeds require soaking, so to use that as a standard method for 'all' seeds makes no real sense to me. A very gentle scuffing and then into paper towel method makes a lot more 'safer' sense to me.

As always, it's up to the grower how they feel most comfortable about germing....and I can only give guidance as to what I feel is the best way. Specifically, C99 does not have what I'd categorize as thick shells....especially when compared to (for example) Sweetest Cindy99, and requires little coaxing to germ....simple moist paper towel method in warm dark enviro is all those need....not a dripping wet towel either....nor allowed to dry out.

Hey DG,

Thanks for the info on the C99 germing. I'm still waiting for the room to start mine (gotta stay legal), but they've been itching a hole in my fridge. Or the jar therein.

Is that the best way to store them for a bit?

Thanks,

DG, know what i found after growing wally and joey's c99, was they liked warmth more so than other seeds i've germed..i germ in rapid rooters..anyway, when peeps were having trouble with w's c99, i thought time to do mine, well nothing for a few days so i decided to keep them very moist and warm bout 2 days later 7/10 popped, much better than every1 else was getting and 10/10 on joeys that way..

Warmth is a key factor in germinating seeds, of all varieties.
