Seaponics
After a fair bit of looking around I cannot find any real details for the validity or otherwise of Seaponics. It seems a very interesting idea, but does it work?
This adamantly believes it the second coming of Jesus: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=81260 This guy is all praise, albeit with pretty plants, but I'd love to see multiple projects for some kind of concrete(ish) results. The thread kinda feels like a commercial. I want him to be right and for this to be awesome and amazing. Can anyone link or post to some success or failures with this method, hydro preferred. I gently scoured the internet grow sites, this same dialogue and host seem to be the only thing I can find. But Really!?!? ICMAG is Awesome! Sex'n my grow tomorrow! Prayin' for ladies.

I appreciate your intense commitment to sea minerals. However, can you link to another grower using your/the seaponics regiment with equal success? Your other threads show great results I just need further evidence. Have you thought about creating a cleaner new thread with your process to inspire converts in a more concise format. I find this technique totally inspirational, but I can't afford to deviate from tried and true success with my PBP regime without a body of proof. I have not intention of undermining your triumphs, your grows are beautiful. word.

I should have my sea solids by next week. Sounds like really interesting stuff, figured I would prove it to myself..... Stay tuned.

the sodium chloride is needed my brothers..
i suggest it near the end as it will slightly reduce yield not by much but definitely increase potency.. I will put it simply like this minerals attach themselves to the salt ions and that increases the uptake of minerals overall... I highly suggest Himalayan sea salt ran the whole time at 1500ppm from seed.. I use it the whole time and dont lose much on the yield.. as you can see in all my pics.. I would have done real tests but i have not had the peace of mind to set up something that big yet... maybe in the future... we all know this technique works they just need a bit extra N added to the salt.. there is nothing to doubt, its already a proven way of growing solid dense buds with nothing but organic minerals.. sea salt bud is intense in flavor and potency.. absolutely no question about it... for all you soil growers i do not recommend adding the salt directly to the soil i have had people have bad results this way.. it need to be applied in a solution only, that way we can control exactly how much it receives per watering.. besides that never go over 2000ppm, the end results will be surprising. I had to cut these early because i could smell them outside.. I have 3 carbon filters this round.. so i should no longer have that problem 100% organic ...Guano and Sea Salt

Ok I have a question...I keep reef tanks, whats wrong with pulling my old saltwater out of there and using it? What is the salt concentrations that you use(ppt? Specific Gravity?) Sorry for the questions but I have been thinking about using saltwater to grow plants but I don't wanna kill anything. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks for starting the thread Mud Shark!

You can use that water as long as the salt/minerals that are in there comes from a ocean..
Dont use more then 2000ppm and your plants will reward you greatly!
