Yup. Still illegal here. Many people order online and get them in the mail though. There are a few sites that ship pretty stealth, but you never know what customs decide to open..

You have to be pretty unlucky if they upon exactly your envelope.
Keep the orders as small as possible and you'll probally be safe |
