Anyone here have Clean Green Certification for their medical grow?
https://www.mccdirectory.org/clean_gr...fication.lasso I have been thinking of trying to get it this year. Anyone certified and how hard were the hoops to jump through? How much record keeping is involved? Who did your inspections? |

Redwood Compassion Center in Crescent City has clean green certified products. I would personally take what the owner says with a grain of salt, but its worth a try. 707-465-8300

Sounds to me like a clever linkbait ploy to convince companies to spend money on third party advertisers. Don't believe they have an axe to grind?
https://www.mccdirectory.org/listing_information.lasso monthly fees, signup costs, etc. Sounds like certapro or service magic to me... |

2. Not hard. But you have to understand what is being looked for. It's rather rigid to meet the requirements but easy for anyone who understands that you have to be a lot more attentive to your plants and use preemptive vector controls. No sloppy gardens! No non-OMRI certified chems. 3. Just records of the products used and any vector controls used as well as visual inspection of each crop. 4. Chris himself. Be aware you need separate grow space from your dedicated processing space. Growing and processing are two different parts of the Clean Green certification. I hear that if you find a place that wants CG certified produce by their patients demands, they will love you. And call you often ![]() Plus the labels are cute.

Thanks Ocean, I may be picking your brain a bit more. I don't use any non OMRI certified ferts or chems. As far as separate processing space, does it have to be on a different piece of land/property? I grow outdoor so there is no indoor grow in the processing area. I do have a veg room that I use to dry in. Would that be a no no? Also, what sort of fees were involved? I imagine that Chris's time isn't free. Thanks again Og.
