First mini Green house

So my plan is to 12/12 some deeka with a black material not too sure yet. I live in the bay area and the June Gloom hangs around til around 12 every day so im going to start an early crop as an experiment. Im outta smoke and got three 2 footers in my cab ready to bring outside and start light dep flowering. In addition to my summer harvest I hope these will provide me some delicious purple medicine. These are just my first few steps in building it so you can see the general idea. Im heading to home depot tommorow to grab some greenhouse plastic to glue to the pvc frame. I was asking for some suggestions or what you guys think would be cool to add to this design or maybe you guys have dont something like this for a small backyard harvest.

also the soil bed seems a little too shalow.

I dont get big monsters in my area so im trying out some bog's gunna tie em down and try to fill that whole spaces with an even canopy. The bed is 6'x2.5' 8" deep. I will be transplanting into it from 1 gallon pots.

MJ is a taproot type plant. In my experience a grow done in a deep container is much, much better than one done in a shallow tray, even if the same quantity of medium is used.
Go bigger. It didn't take me long to build a 50 sq ft greenhouse out of PVC water pipe and 12 mil plastic sheet.

Thanks for input. If i could I would make it as big as I can, but im growing a familiar strain that responds well to LST. I am oinly going to be flowering them inside this tray for 70 days so im not too concerned with roots needing to expand for a 6 month grow. If i could afford a autoflower tent I would do that but in my case im working with 3 plants for personal mediccal smoke, im not trying to have a banner harvest but im capable of a few oz per plant in my geographical location.

Hi, I agree with the others that the bed does seem a little shalow and you may end up with some root crowding depending on how many you plan on growing. You might want to consider using some self prunning bags in there.

That looks like it oughtta work just fine. Ive done several light dep grows and they dont need too much space, unless you want monsters (which you dont). Only thing I would suggest is a slightly sloped top, that way when/if it rains it doesnt pool on top of the plastic and cause it to sag or tear under the weight of the water.
