Showing my age here. But me and my brother took the wheels off a pair of these, screwed them onto a couple wood remnants from one of my Dad's projects out in the garage, and each made a skateboard. Had hours and hours of fun on them. That was way back in the early 60s.

i'm with you HB.
back in the day, daily vitamins were just that, daily vitamins... today there are daily vitamins for men, women, seniors, OH! and children, probably more types... used to be able to buy mens underwear, boxers or briefs. Now there are many, many types and finding just oxers or briefs isn't as easy as it used to be.

WTF is this guy (me) getting to? confusion.

I can put on lip stic and use any bathroom I like.

Yep, did that, too! It could go straight and fast....turning corners was another challenge.

My dad made me one in the 50's, but put a wooden produce box with handlebars on top.

It was so loud I couldn't ride it early on the weekends.

Those were the days.

My dad was in the Sporting Goods business and jumped on the phenomena he saw in the neighborhood. He saw what the kids were building and bought roller skate wheel assemblies and had a guy that had a woodworking shop make and finish off the boards and assemble them. He then sold them to his clients. This was in the early 60’s.
