Anyone grow sour 60 outdoors around 44 degree lat.? How does it perform outdoors?

I think this is the first outdoor season that Sour 60 has been available to the masses so there might not be many outdoor reports on it so far, but what I've read suggests it is a top choice for the higher latitudes that depend on early finishers (before Aug.) I plan on running a few of mine outdoors this year too just to see how big they can get.

I have never grown Sour 60 so I cant comment on it but I have grown masterlow outdoors @ about 33degN lat. It doesn't yield as well as it does indoors under a 150watt.

Last spring I had a few masterlows outdoors. Some in pots and some in pre-dug holes. The plants in the pots did much better- they probably yielded about half what the indoor plants did. The plants in the pre-dug holes yielded about 1/3 of what the indoor plants did.

look uup auto flowering outdoors a guy did a good lot with cow shit a year or two ago like an ounce ir 2 a plant, but done 2and a half to 3 months after seed crack.

a concern of mine is them taking longer the 60 days outdoors, if its going to take another month its probably wouldnt be worth running the autos outdoors, any input here?

The outdoor Masterlows I had last year took about 2-3 weeks longer than their indoor sisters. I should also mention that the outdoor plants were grown indoors(24/0) for the first 3 weeks or so, until they were sexed an then placed outside.

If you started seeds outdoors it might set them back even more but I dont know for sure. If you haven't already, you should check out the auto flower forum - you'll find more knowledge and experience than I have to offer.

Surely you are going to be making more seeds for yourself? Once you have a healthy seed stash give it a try. At that point anything harvestable isn't a waste.
