Intro.

Welcome to IC Mag Self Defence Club

Our planet (going to be) quite a Battle oriented Planet (in the coming age).

After 2012 ascension this planet will be very martial law oriented, large proportion of men and women will be learning and mastering martial arts (not just spirituality and other stuff), which will support the rest of intelligence on this 3D physical universe / plane…


So I am thinking of writing a few self defence tutorials, starting with basic martial arts training and then going to advanced skill developments, toys and tools and techniques … I am hoping others interested in this might contribute with their own info, their own skills and tricks they learned to protect themselves and their loved ones.


Basically HERE we are not going to be studying anything on military scale, nothing that they teach you in the pit, if you want to learn that, check out the shooting ranges and barrack… or go play Counter Strike and Modern warfare 2. Here we will be studying something only elite fighters know about and for a good reason. After 2012 there wont be any major wars, not on Earth not in space…. Rather there will be specialised martial arts companies, each designed to deal with a specific task / threat / leisure.

A bit of background info: I am a martial arts expert with decades of military experience behind my back in this life, (and several past lives dedicated to self defence as well.) My training was pretty impressive, miles away from what you get in the army on Earth.

I want input from you too here.

I am not sure how we should go about delivering this project. We could I guess publish everything in a thread…. But about 20 % of my info is so esoteric and valuable that I don’t want just anyone reading it. If I can get more people on this we could perhaps make a really nice self defence package, and give it to only cool IC magers… or we could charge $$ others for it, we could write a magazine article like in FHM and maybe a book/leaflet/journal about self defence. Or publish a website. Both magazines for women - Cosmo and men – FHM?loaded.


Before I produce my side of info I would like to hear what you think about it and if you are going to help.

Personally I believe self defence is a vita part of life, it is a life skill… some people use “turn the other chick” and that is fine, but I prefer when I am able to provide protection for me and loved ones. And then it is such a exciting area to learn and master (self defence).

You sound like my old best friend and former martial arts instructor.

I used to train in Escrima(Philipino stick and knife fighting), judo/jujitsu,mui tai, jeet kun doe, and study origins and philosophies behind other Asian martial arts.(karate/kung fu).

It was incredibly enriching to my life then and instilled a lot of who I am now in me. Being a martial artist was a life style not unlike that of a grower. Focus and self discipline and understanding are key. It's all about building and training your instincts. I miss it and plan to get back to training soon.

You project sounds interesting but folks here may be a bit too peaceful for it.

I was taught by a guy who is expecting to die defending his family from the government trying to take his land one day after WW3. He wants to have an underground bunker and small army of trained warriors. We lived and trained together ever day all day for quite some time. I was his best student, but went a more peaceful route after seeing what violence could cause me to do defending myself. You sound just like him, is that you?

Part of me still agrees with that mentality, but I'm more diplomatic now. I want martial arts in my life to be for confidence and spirituality. I respect your idea but don't think it will be perceived well here.

Interesting, a Self Defense Club . . . .

I started with Karate about 9 years ago, mostly because I wanted to add another form of training to my lifting/cardio, and maybe also because I wanted to kick some ass.

It's been a long road since then, LONG - but awesome.

Numerous injuries, training "walls", trying to balance work and training . . .

I specialize in Muay Thai kickboxing, but have been training and working side by side with a BJJ instructor since 2006 . . .

I'm all for this, never gotten a chance to learn much about the martial arts, but have always been interested in keeping mind and body in tune for combat. I think a lot martial art combat techniques are still applicable today.

Exactly, my spiritual training went hand in hand with combat training. Even i wonder if studying and perfecting my self defence skills to a very high level is the right thing to do... but you know, with NWO buzzing in the air i cant help but get on with it
