What kind of camera's do you guys/girls use to take pictures of your buds/plants???

How many mega-pixels, etc.

How do I get nice clean focused shots of all the sugar on the buds??

Any opinions out there?

Edit: Those of you that just use point and shoot - What kind are you using?

tripod and slr is the best.you want a good lens for your slr also. 28-70mm 2.8 is great
each piece costs over $1000 though, well not the tripod, a good tripod and head is about 500 or more new

Canon reble SLR they have a bad ass 12 mpix and a 15 mpix pricey but more than worth it and a tripod for sure. You are easily looking at a grand

stay away from the rebel, do a 40d or 50d

A DSLR is by no means necessary to take good budshots. I use a Canon A620 and it's more than enough camera to take pictures that are just as good as any you've seen on these forums.

very true, i don't waste mine for bud shots, but the few times i did, they look 10x better

where do i start!? if you spend money for a slr, DO NOT GET A REBEL
i love canon, but never get the cheapest model of anything, especially if you get L lenses, which are well worth the money.
1100 for a 50d is an amazing price!!!!!!!!!!
