Well I was rather ripped last night as usual and was feeling somewhat peckish. So I delved into the deep dark depths of the cupboard and what do I happen to come across?? None other then a big ol bag of pistachios!! I dont know about you guys but whenever I am baked I just cant seem to stop eating them. I tell myself I will only have a few then before I know it half the bag is gone!!!! They are so addictive!!!! Pistachios are basically crack in nut form. Who else here is a confirmed pistachio addict???

Oh yea! I love me some pistachios! I recently became aquainted with salt and pepperd pistachios. OOOOH EMMMM GEEEEE!!! I didn't think it was possible for that silly lil nut to get any better... so wrong! Also, pistachio ice cream is the shiznite!

i love em. my dog loves them even more. loves them more than those generic dog treats. He goes bonkers for pistachios and almonds, even walnuts. Hes a nut.

Damn I love pistachios but even better than that are raw organic cashews. Toasting ruins the sweet cashew flavor. MMM...raw cashews.
