Wanted to start a post on this beautiful as it has been my best attempt at saving clone only with select breeding......

The HP1 I was gifted many years ago was an old gal to begin with, some rough handling over the years had her frail and on the edge of being lost from my garden..It took a lot of extra time and effort to get her to perform to her best...

Before she was gone for good I made a few F1 hybrids with her and a couple of BX's.....

One of the males I was working with was Dj Shorts blue Moonshine.....Im not the biggest fan of this strain for a personal smoke but the males in his strain make some killer breeding material.......Increase vigor while keeping potencey , is always good, but then you thrown is a freak recessive trait from that BM side of the cross and there can be some real crazy colored calyxed out stuff......Even 42-45 day finishers....freaky stuff.....

Anyhow this gal comes out bigger than the orig HP#1 simply due to excessive vigor, 3-4 oz performer when grown as as bush.......Keeps that almost bubba smell with a bit of poo thrown on top like momma HP....in a good way........Big resin glands ,fat stalk, huge gland heads.......bit then the Dj that still is there adds another dimension to the color and berry skunks up the smell a bit.....stone is heavy and beyond narcotic.......

Goes by a few names....HP#9......HPMoonshine ....another if your in the know....

will try to post photos tomorrow.....I have one around day 60 that should finish up in 10 that will be up tomorrow......

Moonshine,That sounds super tastey.I was the winner of your double lung and was really looking forward to growing it.Unfortunateley none sprouted,no matter what I did(scuffed seede ,heat pad,started directly in rapid rooters).I was kinda bummed as this was the only pack of your seeds I was able to get before you retired.Thank you for what you have done,others have posted pics of your work, and the plants look great.Best of luck with your battle against cancer.HAVE A GR8FUL DAY!!

wow great thread, i saw some pic of it from weedzilla, incredibly colourful...i grew HP1xDC and it was some unique indica buzz...really special smoke...great work moonshineman! and congrats to such amazing line...

and yeah this kind of therapy is hard... be strong, and i hope some nice medicine can help you to survive that chemo shit... take care man...
