3 naturally-dried, (no sulfur) Turkish apricots, matched to about an equal mass of shelled walnut pieces. 1 of my standard 'healthy snacks.'

Now I'm off to do 2 oil changes & air filters on 2 of our vehicles, to get ready for another trip.

Knocking out as many chores before a big trip as I can.

Large oven-fried chicken thighs (breaded with ~3 parts whole wheat pastry flour to ~1 part corn starch, and seasoned with white pepper, onion powder, granulated garlic, sea salt <which I just realized I forgot>, and poultry seasoning, then browned in coconut oil a larger cast iron skillet, thoroughly drained, and finished off between 45" and an hour in a 360 f. oven).

Accompanied by deluxe mashed Sangre' potatoes (with a touch of spicy brown mustard, butter, milk, mayonnaise, granulated garlic, sea salt, black pepper and white pepper), served with chicken gravy.

And some steamed asparagus...

Then more of the way-past-due chores.
