i'm currently on a health food kick. doc said "eat meat & veggies, no bread, sugar, taters etc..." so, here was lunch - kielbasa, country ham, onions & green/yellow peppers sauteed' in butter.

Not the worst diet to be on. You'll lose weight pretty quick and might feel more energetic. Can you eat dairy? Trying making a large salad however you want and add either warm chicken or steak. Oh and cauliflower "mashed potatoes" aren't bad either.
