A couple of GK clones
Here's a couple of pics of my GK clones at or about day 40 of flowering. They are really starting to put on the weight. I love this variety, unfortunately the mother that I had picked will not stay in vegetation so I will be searching for a new mom.

Awsome looking pics torc! Is there a reason why she did want to stay in veg? Hope you find a good mom that likes to stay in veg. This one looks like its a good yeilder in your setup. You also have a bunch of nice strains going on. PeAcE

Thanks Wrecked. She wants to keep flowering in vegetation. It happens sometimes.

Hey TORC, the best way to kick autoflowering out is to dry the soil in your container out. Then take the root ball out of the pale. With a saw, cut off the bottom 1-2 inches of the bottom of the root ball. Then place new soil(mabye soom worm castings as well, for some added N) in the bottom of the container. Place the plant back in the container and water. One should always try to keep thier veg plants under 24 hours of light whenever possible just to avoid this problem.

Thanks Red. I always keep them under 24 hour light, but I will definitely try that out. I really don't want to lose this one. The smoke is just great for my depression, especially in the evening. Natefrog, there is nothing to not like about this strain. Aroma(remember Grape Nehi?), yield(you can see the density of the buds), ease of grow, and the high is marvelous. Head and body massage with a smile, really, really nice in every way. The only drawback, and it really isn't one per-se, is they stretch very little. Only a drawback when you don't know this and now you do. I flowered the originals at exactly 12" and they finished at 20". As you can see from my clones, I waited just a little longer this time and am being rewarded with some very nice baseball bat buds.

wow... first time I have heard that. 18-6 is what has been thrown around lately. I've even read where 24 hours of light is bad for plants. Is it your opinion that you should always veg under 24 hours of light??? or just when you have one that wants to flower in veg?

Thanks sunnyside. Yes, mother plants should always be kept under 24 hours of light.

I have always kept my veg room under 24 hours of light. I think that there are cases to be made on both sides of this question though. 24 hours has always worked for me though.
