I have my medical card and am wondering what do I have to do to be legal to sell extra that I grow to the dispensaries?

Do I need a special license too? Am I taxed on sale by law? If I do sell I would be selling ounces not pounds, and I guess not more than 8 oz. at a time to keep in limit for personal use.

It called being a vendor. You take your extra stash to the dispensary. No extra paperwork, just your recommendation. There are no limits on growing or possession anymore for MMJ in California. It based on "medical necessity". Here's the gist. Grow your own, take the extra to a collective you're a member of, ask how much you want for it, get your money, walk out. It's easy. Hope that helps, later.

boy theres a short answer thats right on the mark.you can call or visit collectives you like and make queries if its good they will always want to talk to you at least to lowball you at the worst.i have sold extra clones to nncc in the past always nice as they will pay you 5 bucks sell them for ten.maybe low priced but anyone should be able to make money selling clones for 5 dollars if they buy medium,clonex,in bulk the margins are still favorable.

I used to hate being here in Cali, but have found a 'silver lining' to this screwy place. Due to family and job, I will be here for a long time.
