Whats your favorite munchies?
For me my options to eat out are limited so I narrow it down for myself to what I can cook fast.
So for me its Carmalized fried bannana crepes These things are seriously dank and quick to make. Its like taking a bite of heaven and always seems to hit the spot. heres how to make em. Ingredients: filling: 1 bannana 2Tbsp brown sugae 2Tbsp non-hydroginated margain 1Tbsp milk 1Tbsp water Optional: whipped creme chocolate syrup crepe: 1cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup water 1/2cup milk 2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt 4 tbsp melted margarin Preparation: mixe all crepe ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Heat a large preferably nonstick skillet at medium heat(6/10 on electric stove) cut the bannana into 1/3" disks and toss in pan with butter, sugar, milk, and water. make sure the butter liquids and sugar mix together by stirring with a wooden spoon and shaking the pan around. After about a minute flip the bannanas over in the pan, and shake around. add more milk to caramal if it starts to stick not too much! now pour contents into bowl and set aside, make sure to get as much caramal as possible out of the pan with the wooden spoon. Now for the crepes lightly oil the pan and pour 1/3 or 1/2 of batter into pan and tilt the pan so the batter spreads out into a large circle. wait a minute and flip over. cook all crepes. now put the caramalized bannanas into the center of the crepe in a strip and add whip creme if you want. roll the crepe and place in center of plate. now take the choclate syrup and zig zag it back and forth over the crepes and serve.

Add some sliced, just ripe bananas to the Frosted Flakes and we're cooking with gas... I'm gonna go completely dominate a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch right NAO!
