Wow, that's really a shame. The lab has potential to do cutting edge research for patients, as to measuring the values of the different cannibinoids and such, and correlating that with real people with real medical conditions. It's basically like a medical trial in a way, but I don't think anyone is promising a cure, but many conditions are shown to be helped.

Being able to quantify the presence and ratios of different cannibinoids can only help people and build foundation for future research. The lab did already apply for a permit and is presumably within state law. Hard to understand the problem here. Is it really about the moneyed interests behind prohibition, and the fear that research will reveal more medical potential in cannabis than we currently know?

Very lame, so now they want all the patient records, and all the government jobs we pay for with our tax money is being used against basically harmless people, many with serious medical conditions. What a waste of resources. Um, Mr President, hasn't this already been addressed?

If pot has no medical value, why not allow the research and let the research prove this is so? Truth has no fear of investigation. Science and research should not be feared, obviously the cure must really be in there, why else suppress it?

"In general, he said agents don't investigate medical marijuana users or suppliers but that they could be probed if their name surfaced during investigations into large drug trafficking operations. He also said the agency investigates facilities that apply for DEA licenses."

No need for an investigation...go in, rob the dispensaries and sick patients at gun point and leave...

Thats how they run there ship over there...

Now that New strain will be patented by the U.S. Goverment..

Like the rest of the ones...US Patent 6630507

at least we got one back from um...G-13.

Has anyone heard more on the Colorado Springs Lab Genovations getting raided? Sounds like nobody learned a lesson from Full Spectrum

yeh that guy mike lee is a douch. i don't wish getting busted on anybody but mr. lee had it coming. ghe's ben ripping people off around hear for a long time with his crappy meds.
