I have done the bubba chunk cross, and have split opinions on it. There were a couple phenos that made the nugs much larger than the regular bubba and they happened a lot faster too..one in the 50 day range.. and the structure was very similar.. but that's where they started parting ways. The smell and taste were quite different than the original bubba (which is hands down in my top 3 strains) and it just isn't as potent in my opinion. It was a great test run but since it doesn't yeild very much more, which is what I was hoping for.. I don't think it will stay around. A quicker, larger yeilding bubba would be awesome, but it wound up being it's own strain instead.. or expressed a lot more deep chunk than bubba.. or at least in the 10 I tried I never got a pheno that represented the bubba well outside of structure/look of the buds. After saying that, if you want a pretty quick yeilding kush structure that starts purpling without being cold, this is it! And the price is great! I would probably agree with the Katsu cutting being used in this.

I'll get you some dried bud pics in the next day or so to show you how it came out and vs the pre98 bubba that was right next to it.
