Help with Hydro Nutes Please

I've been growing in dirt a long time, but I'm a complete hydro newb. I am wanting to try a hempy bucket with coco run. I have everything setup, but I'm trying to figure out my ferts. I'm not able to order the fancy hydro ferts, so I have to work with what is locally available (third world country).

It comes in two bottles with a minimum of explanation on how to use. The major nutrients recommend mixing 5cc per liter of water

MAJOR 5cc/liter
----------------------------
Nitrogen 5% 250ppm
Phosphorus 2% 100ppm
potassium 4% 200ppm
calcium 2% 100ppm
mangnesium 0.75% 38ppm

There is also a minor elements. The bottle of major nutrients recommends using the minor in conjunction at 5cc per liter, but doesn't say how or when. I am assuming that when I mix this, I should use 5cc/liter of each, everytime?

MINOR 5cc/liter
----------------------------
magnesium 100ppm
sulfur 140ppm
iron 7.8ppm
copper 0.5ppm
boron 1.8ppm
manganese 2.0ppm
zinc 1.2ppm
molybdenum 0.1ppm
sodium 1.0ppm
clorine 1.8ppm

When it comes time for flower, how can I supplement these as I don't have a "bloom" specific fertilizer. I can get a potassium-25% solution to augment, but not sure what porportions to add.
Any assistance you all could give me would be greatly appreciated.
