Tere, Labas,
Because you need greenhouse,lol, if you want to grow anything  ! And you need sun. Baltic is not suitable for outdoor guerilla growing. Of couse you can grow but it will not be potent. Indoor grow + HPS bulb = key for success ) !

Well i do grow indoors and did few seeds outdoors . results surprised me
