Sweetest Cindy 99???

Hi DG:

I have been having a good look at your Sweetest Cindy 99 strain. Can you tell me a little bit more about that strain?

I tried Jack Herer/Sweet Tooth combos many years ago, and I can remember it being very strong in the head, yet with a very good stoned feeling. The best of both worlds imo.

So I am very interested in this strain. How would you compare it to straight Cindy 99? Did you use the originals from the Grimm Bros stock for breeding them, or did you use f2's or farther down the line.

This will be a strain I would like to keep around for a long time, so I am trying to get as much info as possible.

I would assume those Cindy 99 f2's you supplied Gypsy are pure fire also, so I am really interested in the work you are doing. From the looks of it, your seed line is a great starting place to help me rebuild my groowroom from out of the ashes.

I've been reading alot of your posts, and you are very repected in this community, so I would have no worries about using your gear for sure. I would just like to know get as much info as possible about this strain since it will be in my garden for many, many years.

TIA

Sweetest Cindy99 is the result of combining SOL Swt#3 and Grimm's C99 (both parents f1).

My Sweetest Cindy99 will definitely be worthy of keeping in your garden...give her a go, you'll be glad you did. Expect a greater yield from her vs C99 on it's own through her Swt#3 influence.

OMG, both from f1 parents, that is good news indeed since quality originals like that are pretty much unobtainable in my area. I am so glad I asked because they just got moved to the top of the list.

That means alot of potential for me, and they will be worth every penny. This is a must have strain! Thanks for making them available.

How right you are SOTF420. The only drawback to Swt #3 is that she gets such huge dense colas dripping with trichs that mold can be an issue in mid-late flw. I'd always recommend keeping a very close eye on humidity and air flow when growing Swt#3.

Yes, the Tooth' #3 can be mighty dense, almost too dense which is why I favor the #4 which Steve improved to be far more mold resistant and faster. It's sweeter too but for straight yield that #3 just can't be beat it is very special and very distinctive. The C99 is really a smart cross.

They are all great really and I'm really looking forward to trying out your cross, I have heard you do some REALLY good work from the powers that be. Thanks for the rep blast!

There's a bit of trade off between # 3 and 4....so I decided on the better yielding #3 in this combination.

Fortunately I live in an area that is bone dry most of the year. We got 6 inches of rain all year, and that was in the winter. I have had great success with these types of strains, and with the short flowering time they should finish really well.

I would expect these to be some of the most enjoyable plants to grow and consume out there. Very potent and tasty would be the expectation, kind of spicy and sweet, and something that gets you thinking, yet makes you very relaxed. I cant wait!

I won a pack of these in Dutchgrowns holiday photo contest. I expect to see them anytime, Gypsy and the crew are always fast at getting them to me. I cannot wait to run them, and cannot believe I won. I am a developing c99 whore in the making, and anything that adds yield and with a reputation like swet tooth is welcome in my garden. Can't wait, thanks DG!!!
