Hello all, I was wondering if it is possible, to use, for example Magnesium or Calcium human supplements with plants? some stuff in pure form are hard to find here...

for mag and cal just buy molasses unsulfured kind is best. or you can get lime. espoma garden lime is what i use.

For some reason they only sell Carob and Grape molasses where I live, Carob got lots of calcium but no magnesium afaik, not sure about grape molasses though...

i eat very well and take a multi, i piss in my nutes once or so a week or so when i catch myself with a nice yellow vitamen pee, its loaded with auxins and tons of other good stuff, moderation is key.

^ Yup, I like my vitamin pee green though. Personal preference.
