So i recently decided to get a dog.. been wanting one for awhile.. so i started browsing the web and ended up at my local animal control shelters website.. well i ended up finding the pic of the most beautiful 11 month old female blue pitbull mix.. so i watched the website for 3 weeks to see if she had been adopted, and on the 3rd week when i saw she was still there i decided to go meet her..

i knew from her pic, that i liked her as far as appearance, but i was worried about her demeanor.. well within 2 minutes of getting a handler to bring her out, my fears were put to rest.. she jumped up on me twice, and when i started petting her she just laid down and rolled over on her back so i could rub her belly.. I adopted her 4 days later..

there have been a few growing pains since, but all in all she is an amazing dog.. she is smart as can be and learned to shake in 3 days.. she learned stay and come in about a week.. She is gentle, and hardly barks, she just howls once or twice when i leave..

I got very lucky, she is healthy, she is not aggressive, and shows no signs of abuse, but i will still watch her closely for awhile..

she really is a lover, and i could tell the minute i met her, that all she wants is to be loved.. i got super lucky.

i dunno, that pic makes her look kinda small, she is about 65 pounds, and she stands about 2 and a half feet tall.. not a small dog by any means, but she thinks so for how often she tries to climb in my lap..

and trichy i know she is around i sent her a message to her profile as i still cannot access private messages or anything much yet.. i tried messaging you on your profile, but for some reason couldn't.. I really did miss you 2(lola and you) along with the few others i corresponded with regularly.. i am not holding out too much hope of getting my old account back, but none the less i am glad to be back, and glad the ones who were important to me remember me.

Ohhhhh! She is just too cute for words...and what a beautiful story to go with her face...she is way cuter than a pure pitty...and you can see she has a gentle soul in her eyes...what a darling
