Howdy vinny, how are ya?
If your saying you water for 15 minutes every hour your plants could be drooping due to overwatering. When i run an ebb and flow system i water for 15 minutes every 3 to 4 hours. If the leaves that are drooping are limp and lifeless: not enough water. If the drooping leaves are sturdy and actually kinda hard to push back up than their overwatered.peace bonz

Yep that's overwatering , only overwatering , underwatering , shock and being rootbound ,, will make a cannabis plant lower her leaves like that

Wouldn't hurt to check your PH either - just to be on the safe side...
But yeah - 15 min every hour is too much.... |

I'd go every three hours and for heaven's sake - check your PH
In your system of growing PH is critical - and just about anything over 6.0 is too high - 5.8 would be perfect Just from looking at them I'd guess your PH at about 6.8 - 7.2 range And they will droop once you get in the sevens...... Also - what are those rocks doing in there with the hydroton..? Last edited by nobodyknew; 09-10-2005 at 11:09 PM.. |

those are silica rocks they hold less water than hydroton. I think my problem is overwatering and high ph so we will see if they turn around.God I hope so my last bog clones.

Compare your transplant depth to the others that are doing good.
I struggled with a similar problem and finally realized the ones that were drooping were just planted too deep (My bad dea to reduce tip over) and the top of the rootzone was remaining too wet regardless of the watering frequency. |
